Problems placing an
order
If you are
having any problems placing an order through the
website, you can send the order by

List the items and quantity that you would like to
purchase with your name,
address and email address and we will send you a payment
invoice for your order.
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order
amount of $4.99.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped
within 3 days after payment is received for your order.
Often orders are shipped the day after payment is received,
but we reserve the right to ship within 3 days.
For International orders,
once the order is shipped, it generally takes 5 days to
arrive.
How to Check the Status of
an Order
You may check the status
of your order by going to clicking
order status, and entering your order # and email
address.
Return
policy
If you change your mind for any
reason after placing your order, you may email us
immediately at

to stop shipment and a full refund will be applied. If
your items were already shipped, you may return your
products in their original and resale-able condition within
7 days of placing your order (International orders within 28
days). You will receive a full
refund minus shipping charges (if any). You are
responsible for the return shipping charges. Send us
an email with your intent to return products and we will
give you the return instructions.
